5. Purchasing, Payments & Returns
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods (e.g., bank deposit, GCash, PayMaya, credit/debit cards). Payment details are shared at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to our Returns Policy, which may specify final sale conditions.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days at vlyluga@gmai.com, with photos or proof, so we can assist promptly.
6. Bulk Orders & Special Pricing
For orders of ₱5,000 or more, special discounts may apply. Contact us at vlyluga@gmail.com before placing such an order. We may request order verification (e.g., identity or business details). Bulk orders are paid in full upfront via bank deposit. All such sales are final, except for issues (damaged or incorrect items) reported within 3 business days of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bulk orders.
7. PWD & Senior Citizen Discounts
While we respect the rights of PWDs and senior citizens under Philippine law, our herbal/natural products are not categorized as essential goods or medication, and thus we are not legally required to offer government-mandated discounts. Instead, we may provide accessibility through seasonal promotions—stay updated via our newsletter or social media channels.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—including text, images, branding, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Jardin de Vern and may not be used without written permission. Our product formulations, packaging, names, and branding are also our proprietary intellectual property.
